Young Adult Mission Trip in Spring

Join young adults throughout the conference for 4 days of service at the Aldersgate Enrichment Center in Brownwood, TX.  We will be serving this community through construction projects, creating their new prayer garden, and other handy helpful things. We will be sleeping on a gym floor and cooking our own meals – so you know it will be fun!
Dates: March 26-29, 2009
Cost: $75 – includes lodging, materials, food. (Transportation is on your own!)

Missing: Young Adults – A Huge Success!

Thanks to all who attended and helped with this event.  We are keeping this website to act as a hub for more information, resources and discussion. Our committee is working on a follow-up forum to continue discussions from the Summit as well as talk about current issues going on in your local church. Post if you want an invite!

The resources page has been updated with DG, Bill, Aaron & Max’s handouts and presentations. We will continue to update that page with other resources found to be helpful.

We have seen at least 3 new young adult ministries start so far as result of this summit.  This is awesome!
Please send Joy Roberson an email if your church/organization has started one.  She will be doing a Central Link follow-up article spotlighting these ministries.
